Sudhakar Kolavennu is currently the CEO and Chief Consultant at Vipany Group. Sudhakar has over 20 years of experience in management consulting and has held various leadership roles in their career. Sudhakar has a proven track record in building and managing successful businesses.

Sudhakar began their career with Intec in 2001 as an HR Executive. Sudhakar then joined Husys Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in 2002, where they quickly rose to the position of Director. In this role, Sudhakar was responsible for the Business Operations of Husys Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

In 2013, Sudhakar founded Vipany Management Consulting Pvt Ltd, which later became Vipany Group. Under Sudhakar’s leadership, Vipany Group has become one of the leading management consulting firms in India.

Sudhakar Kolavennu has a MBA from Andhra University in human resources and a BA from Andhra University in Psychology.
