Russell Burford

Russell Burford is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and consulting, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead for ANZ and Asia at Unispace since August 2021. Previous roles include Partner at BrightSide Consultants, where Russell focused on project management, construction, and renewable energy sectors, as well as Divisional Manager and Senior Consultant at Constructive Recruitment Pty Ltd. Additional experience includes consulting at ITS Construction Personnel and WA Consultants, specializing in the IT and technology markets. Russell began their career in real estate sales, holding senior positions at Complete Estate Agents and Foxtons. Russell holds a Bachelor of Primary Education (Health and Physical Education) from the University of Plymouth, attained between 2004 and 2006, and is an active member of the Vipers Run Club, promoting mental and physical health within the community.
