Bilal Mohammed Shamim

Bilal Mohammed Shamim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and maintenance engineering, currently serving as a Sales Project Manager at Vipond Inc. since September 2024. Prior to this role, Bilal worked at REDA Hazard Control from August 2016 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing aftersales activities for key accounts, budget planning, and driving growth as a Sales Engineer. Notably, Bilal achieved over 100% year-over-year growth in Jeddah, receiving the Outstanding Regional Performance award in 2018. Earlier experiences include contributions to an inter-university project building the UAE's first all-student Formula race car and various internships in product management and engineering.
