Jakob Østergaard Jensen

Jakob Østergaard Jensen is a seasoned professional in the field of information technology and product management, currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at MobilePay since November 2021. Prior to this role, Jakob acted as Chief Business Analyst at MobilePay by Danske Bank from June 2014 to November 2021 and served as a Business Developer in various capacities at Danske Bank from January 2007 to June 2014. Jakob's early career included an internship at the Center for IT-Anvendelse in 2005 and a consultancy position at Grønlands IT-center in 2001, focusing on IT services for both public and private sectors in Greenland. Proficient in team leadership and project execution, Jakob also managed daily operations at Nuuk NetCafé in 2000. Educationally, Jakob holds a Master’s degree in Information Science/Human Centered Informatics from Aalborg University, complemented by earlier studies in modern linguistics at Århus Statsgymnasium.
