Desiree Santos

Desiree Santos has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Desiree began their career at American Campus Communities as a Community Assistant in 2011 and went on to become a Night Desk Assistant. In 2013, they worked as a Sales Associate at Teavana and also served as a Temporary Office Assistant at Robert Half - Office Team. Desiree then ventured into the field of clinical research and worked as a Clinical Trials Assistant at Relypsa, a Drug Safety Assistant at InterMune, and a Drug Safety Associate at Genentech. In 2015, Desiree joined Gilead Sciences as a Clinical Trial Management Associate. Desiree later moved to Tricida, Inc. in 2016, where they held various roles including Clinical Research Associate, Senior Clinical Research Associate, and Clinical Trial Manager. Desiree's most recent position is at Vir Biotechnology, Inc. where they started as a Senior Manager of Clinical Operations and is currently working as an Associate Director of Clinical Operations.

Desiree Santos obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine. Desiree also has additional certifications, including a Clinical Advanced Monitoring CEU Certificate from Barnett International. Desiree may also have a CRA & CRC Beginner Program CEU Certificate from Barnett International Education, but the month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
