Heather Kelly

Heather Kelly has extensive work experience in the field of program management and research. Heather is currently working as the Senior Director of Research Program Management at Vir Biotechnology, Inc. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Research Program Management at the same company.

Before joining Vir Biotechnology, Inc., Heather worked at PATH for eight years. Their roles included Senior Program Officer, Interim Co-leader of the Drug Development Team, and Deputy Director of Portfolio and Project Management.

Heather also worked at the Institute for OneWorld Health as an Associate Director and Senior Project Manager. In addition, they served as a Program Officer at Family Care International.

Earlier in their career, Heather worked as a consultant at UNDP and as a Secondary School Teacher in the Peace Corps in Papua New Guinea. Heather also worked as an Associate Editor at Forrester Research.

Heather Kelly obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature from William & Mary. Heather also earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Columbia University. In addition, Heather obtained certification as a Smartsheet Product Certified User from Smartsheet in April 2019.
