Kristin Meyers

Kristin Meyers has extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, highlighted by a progressive career at the American Medical Association, where roles included Director, Manager, and Senior Analyst in Compensation since May 2017. Prior experience includes leading the Retail Survey at Mercer and serving as an Analyst in various capacities within Compensation and Benefits from February 2013 to May 2017. Kristin's foundational skills were developed at GlobalView Software as a Finance Associate, where responsibilities encompassed accounting, human resources, and payroll management from November 2010 to February 2013. An internship at Baylor Health Care System Foundation in 2009 provided insights into donor relations and hospital operations. Kristin holds a BBA and BA in Business Management and Psychology from SMU Cox School of Business and an MBA from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago.
