Kristy Castillo

Kristy Castillo, PHR, GPHR, serves as the Associate Director of Global Mobility at Vir Biotechnology, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing global mobility strategy and programs. With extensive experience in global mobility consulting and management, Kristy previously held roles at PZI International Consulting, Inc. as a Global Mobility Consultant, and at Newmont Corporation as Director of Global Mobility. At Newmont, Kristy managed a $600 million global mobility function for 600 assignees across more than 10 countries. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Global Mobility Specialist at Jacobs, where contributions led to the significant growth of the expatriate program. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Bradley University.
