Natalie Karpova

Natalie Karpova is a seasoned Lead Promo Artist at Vira Games since March 2023, responsible for optimizing departmental processes, onboarding new promotional artists, and developing guidelines and documentation. Previously, Natalie served as a Promo Artist at APPSULOVE from October 2020 to February 2023, where tasks included concept generation and illustration for in-game promotions and marketing graphics. Earlier experience includes the role of Marketing Designer at Gismart, where Natalie created marketing graphics for mobile projects, and a Graphic Designer position at ООО "Молоко Криэйтив," focusing on catalog design and infographics. Natalie's freelance work spanned from September 2016 to April 2018, managing projects in branding and print design. Natalie holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the Belarusian State Economic University and an Associate degree in Marketing from the Minsk Trade College.
