Natasha Shirole is the Business Owner of Shirole Fabrication & Infrastructure since November 2018. Prior to this, Natasha held the role of Head of HR at Viraj Engineers & Exporters Private Limited. Natasha also has experience as an Event Manager at Golden Pair and as an Event Coordinator at the National Institute of Event Management - India. Natasha holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and a Master's degree in Sociology. Natasha also has a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences.
