Karlen Harutyunyan

Karlen Harutyunyan has a strong background in product management and risk analysis. Karlen is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at SmartClick, where they design and implements product strategies for the ViralMango influencer marketing platform. Prior to this, they worked at TeamViewer Armenia as a Product Manager, Product Owner, and Business Analyst, where they successfully planned and prioritized product features and utilized agile planning methods. Before that, Karlen was the Head of the Expertise & Analysis Division of the Operational Risk Department at Ardshinbank CJSC, where they provided comprehensive assessments and recommendations for risk mitigation. Karlen also worked at Areximbank-Gazprombank group as the Head of Credit Transactions Monitoring Service, where they identified potential risks and conducted assessments of borrowers' financial status. Karlen has a track record of exceeding performance expectations and driving organizational objectives.

Karlen Harutyunyan holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Economics from Yerevan State University. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming from Yerevan State College of Informatics. Karlen has also obtained several certifications in the field of Scrum Product Ownership, including the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) from Scrum Alliance in December 2021, as well as the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from both Scrum Alliance and BadgeCert in November 2019.
