Aubert Vernier

Aubert Vernier has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as M&A Director at Virbac since May 2025. Prior roles include M&A Project Manager at Chargeurs from June 2022 to May 2025 and various positions at Philippe Hottinguer Finance, including M&A Managing Director, Vice President, and Associate from January 2015 to June 2022. Aubert has contributed to several significant buy-side and sell-side mandates, developed a private equity and investment bank network in Europe, and was involved in the creation of the Ramp Up service for tech and industrial startups. Early career stages include internships with DIANA, H et Associés, and Legendre Energie, focusing on market studies, financial analysis, and legal documentation. Aubert holds multiple degrees in finance and management from Rennes School of Business and other institutions.
