Florencia Sardi

Florencia Sardi is a seasoned professional in the field of biotechnology and bioethics, currently serving as Jefe técnico de R&D at Virbac since July 2019. In addition to this role, Sardi holds a position in academia as a docente at Universidad ORT Uruguay and as an investigador asociado/PhD student at Institut Pasteur de Montevideo since March 2012. Previous experience includes serving as an asistente de investigación at Universidad de la República from March 2009 to December 2012. Sardi is pursuing a PhD in Biotechnology at Universidad de la República, expected to complete in May 2025, and has an extensive educational background including a Master of Science in Biotechnology and a Clinical Biochemistry degree from the same institution.
