Magali Alecian

Magali Alecian has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner in Vaccine Manufacturing at Virbac since June 2013. Magali's responsibilities include collaborating with the industrial management team to define HR roadmaps, advising managers on HR matters, implementing innovative HR solutions, and supporting a major vaccine production site project. Previously, Magali held several HR roles including Responsable Formation & Développement RH and Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon.fr, contributing to the launch of a logistics platform and managing various HR initiatives. Prior roles also include HR Generalist at The Eminata Group in Canada and Responsable Emplois et Compétences at La Poste, along with internships at Nestle and La Poste, and an apprenticeship at PPR Group. Magali holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Université Paris-Est Créteil, focusing on change management and human potential management.
