Edgar Steenwinkel

Edgar Steenwinkel is a Senior Vice President of Technology at Virent, Inc, where Edgar leads research and development activities for the catalytic-based BioForming® process. Edgar also founded CornerStone BV, a consultancy agency focused on the renewable space, and has held various leadership roles at Albemarle and AkzoNobel in the field of catalysis and alternative fuel technologies. Edgar holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from De Haagse Hogeschool.
