Leo Chiricone

Leo Chiricone is a skilled personal trainer and coach with extensive experience in various sports settings. Currently, Leo serves as a personal trainer at Virgin Active Italia since April 2023. Prior roles include coaching track and field athletes of different age groups at A.S.D. Atletica Menegchina, where expertise in strength, speed, and functional training was developed. Leo also worked at Università IULM, focusing on fitness classes, hypertrophy, weight loss, and injury prevention. Previous coaching positions include strength and conditioning coach for a first division women’s field hockey team and roles within kickboxing and youth sports training. Leo holds a master’s degree in Sport Science from Università degli Studi di Milano and a bachelor's degree in Sports and Health Science from Università degli Studi di Parma, as well as a kickboxing coach diploma from Scuola Nazionale di Formazione (CONI).
