Abbie Simmonds

Abbie Simmonds has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at Virgin Atlantic from February 2010 to October 2013 in roles including Head of Learning and People Journeys, Human Resources Business Partner, and Employee Relations Consultant, focusing on effective employee and industrial relations in collaboration with Trade Unions and Committees. Abbie's education includes a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management from the University of Sussex, completed in January 2008, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Portsmouth, obtained in January 2004 with a 2.1 grade.
