Michael Sims

Michael Sims has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving in multiple roles at Virgin Atlantic Airways since October 2006, including Quality Assurance Surveyor, Flight Operations Quality Programme Manager, and Regulations and Standards Officer. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Customer Support Coordinator at GECAT Flight Training in 2006, and as a Researcher at Usuma GmbH from 2004 to 2006. Initial experience includes serving as a Flight Crew Licensing Officer at the Civil Aviation Authority from 1998 to 2003, Crew Controller at CALEDONIAN AIRWAYS LTD for a brief period in 1998, and Administrative Officer at NATS from 1996 to 1998. Michael's educational background includes studies at East Surrey College from 1994 to 1996 and Woodcote High School from 1989 to 1994.
