Steve Sneddon

Steve Sneddon has extensive experience in the aviation industry, serving in various roles at Virgin Atlantic since July 1999. As Senior Manager Crew Performance & Development and Senior Manager Crew Experience, Steve focuses on implementing the Customer Experience strategy to enhance onboard service delivery. Previous positions include Manager Implementation, overseeing high-priority projects with significant business impact, and Cabin Crew Manager, leading a team of 255 cabin crew members. Steve has also worked as an Internal Communications Business Partner, facilitating corporate communication strategies, and as a Medical Training Instructor, training new flight crew in emergency management. Earlier in his career, Steve was a Bar Supervisor at Delmonica's Bar & Grill and holds a Higher National Diploma in General Nursing from Glasgow Eastern College of Nursing & Midwifery.
