Tracy Baker is a Programme Manager and Senior Project Manager with over 11 years of progressive experience. Tracy began their career as a Safety Training Instructor at Virgin Atlantic Airways, where they designed and delivered training programs for thousands of global Cabin Crew and Pilots. Over the years, Tracy has held multiple roles, including Senior Project Manager at Hastings Direct, where they successfully managed complex projects across various departments, and Program Manager at Virgin Media, leading network expansion initiatives. Currently, Tracy is a Project Manager Lead at Virgin Atlantic, where they coach and mentor project managers to enhance project delivery practices.
