Margarita Zabelina

Margarita Zabelina is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and IT sectors. Currently serving as an Engineering Systems Analyst and previously as a Forward Planning Engineer at Virgin Australia since July 2021, Margarita has a solid technical background, including a role as Chief IT Business Analyst at Pro IT Resource where involvement included developing a web-portal and backend system for major Russian aircraft companies. Prior experience includes working as a stress engineer on the Boeing 737 Wing Sustain project, focusing on static and fatigue analysis, and serving as an Engineer in the Aerodynamics department at RPA “Engineering,” where Margarita conducted studies on supersonic and hypersonic flows. Margarita holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Queensland University of Technology and an engineering degree from Moscow Aviation Institute.
