Steven Batey

Steven Batey currently serves as the Manager of Reporting and Governance for the IT Department at Virgin Australia, a position held since August 2022. Previously, Steven acted as the Head of Commercial and Governance within the same department. Prior to Virgin Australia, Steven held various roles at the Commonwealth Bank from November 2013 to September 2022, including Senior Manager of COO Controls Program Delivery and Manager of Strategic Projects, leading teams focused on customer outcomes and project delivery. Steven's earlier experience includes managing collections and customer solutions teams and playing a key role in staff development. Education is being pursued at Western Sydney University since 2016.
