Steven Mann is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Airline Direct Marketing at Virgin Australia since June 2015. In this role, Steven leads a specialized direct marketing function focused on sales, loyalty, and operational contexts, establishing a center of excellence that unifies key CRM functions. Previously, Steven held several leadership positions at Virgin Australia, including Manager of the Velocity Program and Airline Marketing, and Senior Loyalty Marketing Manager, where responsibilities involved commercial, product, and marketing accountabilities. Prior to Virgin Australia, Steven worked at Woolworths Limited in various roles, including Direct Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager for Retail Point of Sale.
