Phil Gardner

Phil Gardner is a Principal Mission Ops Engineer at Virgin Galactic, drawing on extensive experience in flight testing and engineering. They served as a Flight Test Engineer Specialist at Textron Aviation Defense and previously led flight test teams for the F-35B at BAE Systems, managing multi-national groups and overseeing critical flight test activities. Phil’s past roles include Senior Flight Test Engineer on the F-35B and Senior Project Leader for the Eurofighter Typhoon, showcasing a breadth of expertise across military and commercial aviation. Currently, Phil is pursuing an Aeronautical Engineering HNC at Bedford College.
