Alan Bartlett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and transformation, currently serving as Senior Manager of Operational Excellence & Transformation and acting Director of B2B Support at Virgin Media O2 since July 2020. In this role, Alan is responsible for maintaining relationships with Virgin Media Business customers and developing divisional operational plans aligned with organizational strategy.
