Brooke Darlington

Brooke Darlington is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as Head of Retail Operations and Head of Stores at Virgin Media O2 since June 2017, Brooke previously held the position of Regional Business Manager at New Look from February 2012 to May 2017, and worked as a Group Director at Oxford Summer School from July 2009 to August 2016, where Brooke contributed to the development of future retail talent. Earlier career roles include Area Manager at Matalan, Store Manager at TK Maxx, and various store management positions within Arcadia Group. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Business Management and an Advanced GNVQ in Business Management from Accrington and Rossendale College, as well as 9 GCSEs from Hollins Technology College.
