Joul Kouchakji

Joul Kouchakji is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Cyber Incident Response Team Manager at Virgin Media O2 since July 2022, where responsibilities include developing incident response plans, coordinating with stakeholders, leading response teams, and improving incident response capabilities. Prior to this role, Joul worked at Raymond James from October 2018 to July 2022, holding positions as both Senior Cyber Threat Analyst and Cyber Threat Analyst, focusing on security event response, malware analysis, and forensic investigations. Earlier experience included a position as a Threat Intelligence Analyst at Orange Cyberdefense UK from March 2017 to October 2018, conducting intelligence analysis and threat hunting. Joul holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security from the University of Southampton and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the International University for Science and Technology.
