Leonardo Sena

Leonardo Sena is an experienced professional currently serving as Treasurer for SBJ school PTA since February 2024. With a strong background in technology and risk management, Leonardo holds the position of Head of Technology, ICFR/SOX and Transformation audit at Virgin Media O2 since July 2021 and was previously the Head of Operations and SoX audit at O2 (Telefónica UK) from July 2018 to July 2021. Prior roles include Senior Manager for Technology Risk at KPMG UK and Senior Manager in Risk Assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Additionally, Leonardo has experience as an Internal Auditor at Exprinter International Bank N.V. and as a Senior Internal Auditor at Nuevo Banco Comercial. Leonardo also provided consultancy services as a freelancer from 1996 to 2005 and worked as an Advisory Senior Associate at PwC. Educational qualifications include a Master in International Business from Florida International University, an MBA from Universidad ORT Uruguay, a PgCertificate in Corporate Finance from Universidad Católica del Uruguay, and a Public Accountant degree from Universidad de la República, along with a BA in Electronic and Telecommunications from Universidad ORT Uruguay.
