Matt Herridge

Matt Herridge is an experienced professional in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, currently serving as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Partner and Specialist at Virgin Media O2 since June 2021. Matt also holds the position of Co-Chair for the Proudly LGBT+ internal network. Prior to this, Matt was the Head of Campaigns for Norwich Pride from January 2022 to July 2022 and previously served at O2 (Telefónica UK) from November 2014 to October 2021, where leadership roles included Chair of Proud @ O2 and Diversity and Inclusion Specialist. Matt began a career at Aviva as a Customer Service Representative and later became an Assistant Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Tourism & Business Management from the University of Lincoln and a Level 4 LEAN 6 Sigma - Improvement Practitioner certification from Digital Skills UK.
