Rob Searle

Rob Searle is currently the Director of B2B Strategy and Engineering and Head of 5G at Virgin Media O2, a position held since June 2021. Prior to this, Rob Searle served as Head of 5G at O2 (Telefónica UK) from June 2016 to June 2021, overseeing the full program responsibility for the UK's 5G market launch. Rob Searle held various leadership roles at O2, including Head of Transformation Management Office and Head of NW Programmes and Commercial Operations, from January 2009 to March 2012, along with managing the telecoms strategy and operations from October 1999 to October 2006 as an Information Technology Solutions Architect. Educational credentials include a degree in Accounting and Finance from Bangor University and A-Levels from Harrogate Grammar School.
