Brad Harrington

Brad Harrington is an experienced operations professional with a robust background in service management and customer delivery. Currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager for Virgin Media Business since November 2017, Brad leads the Business Field Services and Delivery organization to enhance revenue and customer loyalty. Prior to this role, Brad founded and directed Dry Green Manchester, delivering exceptional mobile dry cleaning services. Previous experience includes key positions at Vodafone, where Brad managed the operational aspects of the Cloud & Hosting Transformation Programme, and Cable & Wireless Communications, where responsibility encompassed service delivery and improvement for major accounts. Brad's career commenced in sales management and customer service, supported by a degree in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
