Elena Marinova

Elena Marinova is an experienced Change Manager with a robust background in telecommunications and customer service. Currently serving as IE Change Manager at Virgin Media Ireland since April 2019, Elena previously held the position of Change Manager at Amdocs and was a Technical Analyst at Vodafone Ireland, where collaboration on 4G roaming roll-out significantly enhanced customer experience. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Mobiltel, Telekom Austria Group, where Elena improved business processes and customer service strategies, and technical support roles at Spectrum Net and OmegaCom Ltd.
