Matt Madden

Matt Madden has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and product management, currently serving in the Regulatory Affairs role at Virgin Media Ireland since September 2022. Prior to this, Matt Madden spent over a decade at Openreach as a Senior Manager in Regulatory Affairs, where responsibilities included leading regulatory efforts for business and infrastructure markets. Additionally, Matt held roles in product management, notably as General Manager for Wholesale Line Rental, overseeing significant customer onboarding initiatives. Earlier career highlights include leading sales for BT’s account management team, achieving revenue growth while enhancing customer satisfaction, and managing a major network charge control project with significant financial implications. Matt Madden holds an M.A. in History from the University of Oxford, completed between 1990 and 1993, and attended Smithills Comprehensive School in Bolton from 1982 to 1989.
