Eduardo Rodrigues Sucena has extensive experience in Agile coaching and digital product management. Eduardo Rodrigues has worked with leading companies such as Virgin Mobile, Network International, KingMakers, Careem, and XP INVESTIMENTOS. Eduardo has played key roles in driving agile transformations, implementing Scrum and Kanban practices, and fostering cultural and mindset changes in organizations. Eduardo Rodrigues has also trained and mentored teams on Agile methodologies and facilitated the adoption of new ways of working. Prior to their coaching roles, Eduardo held positions in software development coordination and product management. Eduardo Rodrigues has a strong background in scrum training and has founded a platform that offers training on software development processes.

Eduardo Rodrigues Sucena has a diverse education history. In 2008, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification in TS: Microsoft® .NET Framework 2.0 - Web-based Client Development. Eduardo Rodrigues then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, which they completed in 2007. In 2009, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in IT Management from FIAP.

Throughout the years, Eduardo continued to expand their knowledge and skills through various master's degrees. Eduardo Rodrigues completed a Master's degree in Software House Implementation from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2011, followed by a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and New Business Creation from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2015. In 2017, they obtained a Master's degree in Innovation & Design Thinking from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Additionally, they pursued a Master's degree in Unleashing Creative Innovation and Building Great Products from Stanford University in 2018.

To stay current in the field, Eduardo obtained multiple certifications. These include SAFe 4 Agilist (2019) and SAFe 5 Program Consultant (2022) from Scaled Agile, Inc., Agile Scrum Foundation (ASF) (2016) from EXIN, ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) (2019), ICAgile Certified Professional - Coaching Agile Transitions (ICP-CAT) (2020), ICAgile Certified Professional - Enterprise Agility (ICP-ENT) (2020), and ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile in HR (ICP-AHR) (2021) from ICAgile, Professional Scrum Master (PSM) (2012), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) (2012), Professional Scrum with Kanban I (PSK) (2019), Professional Agile Leadership (PAL) (2021), and Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) (2016) from Scrum.org, DevOps Professional (2020) from EXIN, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) (2018) from Google.

Most recently, in 2019, Eduardo pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Digital Business Strategy: Harnessing our Digital Future from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
