Jillian Bordeaux

Jillian Bordeaux serves as the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Business Optimization at Virgin Music Group since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jillian held the position of Vice President of Global Label Strategy at Ingrooves Music Group from October 2021 to April 2024, focusing on enhancing the customer journey for global label partners. Jillian's extensive experience at Universal Music Group International from June 2016 to October 2021 included roles as Vice President of Global Deal Operations and Vice President of Finance, where responsibilities encompassed international contract administration and financial planning for major labels. Earlier positions at Virgin Music/Caroline Distribution and Capitol Music Group/EMI included leadership in finance and deal analysis, contributing significantly to revenue growth and operational efficiency. Jillian holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Finance from Boston College.
