Adam Botterill

Adam Botterill is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in consulting, mentorship, and senior management roles. Currently serving as Owner & Lead Consultant at The New Perspective since November 2020, Adam is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals through evidence-based results. As a Business Mentor for Virgin StartUp and Community & Business Partners CIC, Adam provides guidance to new ventures. Co-founding APB Leadership Development, Adam successfully grew the business before focusing on personal ventures. Leadership roles include Vice Chair of the Board for Child Action Northwest, ensuring financial and organizational responsibilities are met, and previously serving as Managing Director for James Hardie Building Products in the UK & Ireland. Adam’s career also includes significant positions at Etex and Marley Eternit Ltd, where strategic contributions led to market share growth and improved business performance. Adam holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School and various leadership qualifications.
