Rebecca 🦩 Leppard

Rebecca Leppard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and marketing roles. As the Founder and CEO of Upgrading Women Media Group, Rebecca is dedicated to empowering women through media initiatives. Rebecca has also served as a Business Mentor for Female Founders with Virgin StartUp, guiding aspiring entrepreneurs. Previously, Rebecca held key positions such as Chief of Staff and CMO at Communication for Change and General Manager/Chief of Staff at UnionSPACE. Rebecca's career began in the hospitality industry as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Kempinski Hotels. Academically, Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Journalism from the University of Indonesia and completed secondary education with a High School Diploma in Social Sciences at St Ursula Jakarta.
