Kaitlyn Graves

Kaitlyn Graves possesses a diverse professional background with experience in education and customer service roles. Currently employed at Virgin Voyages as a Brilliant Support specialist in Sailor Services since October 2022, Kaitlyn previously worked as a Social Studies Teacher for Orange County Public Schools from February 2019 to October 2023, where communication with counselors and parents was a key responsibility. Prior roles include Claims Adjuster at Harbor Claims, LLC, Underwriter at Cabrillo Coastal General Insurance Agency, LLC, and Licensed Insurance Agent at The Flood Insurance Agency, where Kaitlyn managed customer relations and policy assessments. Kaitlyn began a career in education as a Lead Teacher and Administrative Assistant at George Daily Community Auditorium, and also taught Social Science at Eddyville-Blakesburg Community School District. A graduate of William Penn University with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching, Kaitlyn is recognized for creating engaging lessons and fostering positive environments for students.
