Cameron Williams

Cameron Williams is a dedicated educational professional with extensive experience in counseling and student support. Currently serving as a Middle School Counselor for Virginia Beach City Public Schools since August 2021, Cameron is responsible for individualized academic program planning and is also a trained high school counselor proficient in the AVID College and Career Readiness Framework. Additionally, Cameron contributes as a Challenge Outreach For Youth Weekend Counselor at Tidewater Youth Services Commission, where responsibilities include counseling families of delinquent youth and providing crisis intervention. Previous roles include Group Home Relief Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor Resident at Artemis Therapeutic Center, SAT Test Center Coordinator at Educational Testing Service, and Advisor for Access College Foundation, focusing on college readiness and support. Cameron holds a Master’s degree in Counselor Education from Old Dominion University and has completed various internships and practicum experiences in counseling.
