Charlie Hinsch

Charlie Hinsch has extensive experience in the field of education and instructional technology, currently serving as the Instructional Technology Coordinator at Virginia Beach City Public Schools since July 2008. Prior roles include serving as an Instructional Technology Resource Teacher at Norfolk Public Schools from September 2005 to June 2008, and as an Elementary School Teacher within the same district from September 1999 to June 2005. Charlie holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Old Dominion University, obtained between 2004 and 2007, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from SUNY Oneonta, earned from 1994 to 1998.
