Rich Kinsey

Rich Kinsey has been a dedicated professional in the field of education since joining Virginia Beach City Public Schools (VBCPS) in 2000, initially as a Computer Resource Specialist and later transitioning to the role of Instructional Technology Resource Teacher. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Rich has contributed significantly to integrating technology in educational practices. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership with a focus on Mathematics from Regent University, obtained between 2006 and 2009, and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Norfolk State University, completed from 1993 to 1995.
