Alleyn Harned

Alleyn Harned is the Executive Director of Virginia Clean Cities since December 2009 and currently serves as the President of the Transportation Energy Partnership. Additionally, Alleyn holds a volunteer role as the President of the TEP Board of Directors. As a Climate Reality Leader with The Climate Reality Project since July 2020, Alleyn is passionate about environmental advocacy. With a Master's degree in Public Administration from James Madison University and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Ohio Wesleyan University, Alleyn brings a strong educational background to their various roles in the environmental and transportation sectors.
