Stephanie Hamlett

Stephanie Hamlett is currently the University Counsel at Virginia Commonwealth University. Stephanie has a long and accomplished history working in various legal positions in the state of Virginia. Stephanie started their career as the Opinions Chief at the Office of the Virginia Attorney General from 2002-2010. Stephanie then became the Deputy Counselor to the Governor at the Office of the Governor of Virginia from 2010-2010. Stephanie then worked as the Executive Director and General Counsel at the Virginia Resources Authority from 2010-2014, and again from 2014-2017. Stephanie has been working at their current position as University Counsel at Virginia Commonwealth University since 2017.

Stephanie Hamlett has a Doctor of Law from the University of Richmond School of Law. Stephanie is currently a practicing lawyer.
