Kevin Zheng

Kevin Zheng is an experienced financial professional with a solid background in commercial credit analysis and portfolio management. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager and Underwriter at Locus since April 2022, Kevin focuses on affordable and workforce housing, commercial and industrial lending, clean energy sectors, and community investment. Previously, at C&F Bank from August 2020 to March 2022, Kevin worked as a Commercial Credit Analyst II, handling commercial credit requests primarily for Commercial Real Estate loans. Kevin's experience also includes a noteworthy tenure at Truist from May 2015 to August 2020, where responsibilities spanned from servicing analytics to managing nonperforming assets and evaluating financial data for loan workouts. Kevin holds an undergraduate degree in finance from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University and completed secondary education at Christ Church Episcopal School.
