Patricia D. Wallace, SHRM-CP, PHR has a diverse work experience in various human resources roles. In 2001, they served as the inaugural Human Resources Manager at Educational Credit Management Corporation, where they were responsible for the strategic management and start-up of the department. From 2007 to 2008, Patricia worked as the Compliance and Benefits Manager at SPi America, LLC, where they managed fair employment practices, benefit plans, and compliance programs. Patricia D. then joined Virginia Commonwealth University in 2008, initially as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and later as the Inaugural Director of Human Resources for the School of Business. In these roles, they provided strategic HR management, executed HR actions, and supported various centers falling under the School of Business. Currently, Patricia is the Vice President and Human Capital Manager at Virginia Community Capital, overseeing HR functions for the organization and its subsidiaries, including a CDFI loan fund, a CDFI bank, and a local investment strategy consultancy.

Patricia D. Wallace, SHRM-CP, PHR is currently enrolled in Regent University School of Law, pursuing a Master of Laws - LLM degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Patricia D. attended Virginia Commonwealth University in 2011, where they completed a program at the Grace E. Harris Leadership Institute. From 2006 to 2010, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Management with an HR Concentration from the University of Maryland Global Campus. In 2004 and 2005, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. Patricia obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management & Development from Bluefield University from 1997 to 1999.
