Paul Horney

Paul Horney serves as the President and CEO of Innovation Industries Incorporated since April 1996, and concurrently holds the same positions at Monitor Elevator Products and Virginia Controls, LLC, since June 2014 and September 2019 respectively. Under Horney's leadership, Innovation Industries, Inc. successfully acquired Virginia Controls Incorporated in August 2019. Prior to these roles, Horney worked as a Project Engineer at El Paso Natural Gas from 1990 to 1996. Horney holds an MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, obtained between 1997 and 1999, and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University, completed in 1989.
