Markia Baker has over a decade of experience in customer service and administrative support within the financial and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Contact Center Account Consultant at Virginia Credit Union since April 2011, Markia provides technical assistance and manages account transactions. Prior experience includes working as a Teller/Member Service Representative at Fort Lee Federal, where Markia conducted various financial transactions and ensured member satisfaction. Markia began a career in logistics management as a Student Trainee for the United States Army Department of Defense and held multiple roles at Virginia Commonwealth University focused on student support and administrative tasks.
