Lee is currently the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Data Analytics at Virginia Credit Union, where they lead the implementation of data science, business intelligence, data warehousing, and data governance strategies for the entire organization. Under their leadership, the department has achieved significant results, including a lift in loans and deposits through a predictive model, improvements in digital onboarding completions, and increased efficiencies in collections outbound and inbound processes.

Currently, Dwight is enrolled in the Customer Experience Certificate Program at the University of Richmond, which is set to be completed in 2022.
