Patrick Cox, MBA, possesses extensive experience in emergency management and operations. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Training and Exercises for the Virginia Emergency Support Team since March 2009, Patrick Cox also holds the position of Deputy Director in the Operations Division. Additionally, Patrick Cox has been a member of the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross-Eastern Virginia Chapter since August 2013 and previously served as Director of Government Contracts at Goodwill Industries from November 2007 to April 2009. Patrick Cox's military background includes a distinguished career as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps from May 1987 to May 2007. Academically, Patrick Cox earned a Master of Arts in National Security Policy Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Master of Business Administration from Western New England University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Miami University.
