Angela Parsley

Angela Parsley is an experienced professional currently serving as the Business Integrated Solutions Supervisor at the Virginia Department of Transportation since April 2018. In this role, Angela leads and coaches business process analysts on complex process improvement projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and the delivery of innovative solutions. Prior to this, Angela managed K-12 STEM outreach as a STEM Coordinator, inspiring future transportation professionals. With a solid background in engineering and education, Angela has held various positions including Engineering Teacher at Hanover County Public Schools, Manufacturing Engineer at EASi and Church & Dwight, and Process Engineer at Pfizer. Angela holds a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
